C.1750 English Flintlock Naval Blunderbuss
£2,000.00Price
Mid 18th Century, in good condition. Lacking one screw, and one metal decoration on the barrel, which is made of iron. Some pitting and rust, with a small crack to the wood in the stock, but overall very good condition.
Due to the long length of this gun, we presume it is of Naval use. Buttplate engraved "248" and fitted with wooden ramrod, later brass-tipped. 113cm in length.
Still complete with original flint in leather cover. We have found some gunpowder and lead remnants in the pan and further down the barrel. Completely obsolete and legal to own, 18+ buyers only, with proof of age needed.
We are able to deliver this item by appointment only to areas in Sussex, as postage is not possible.
